An exciting step where your thoughts transfer to paper and become visual. You will receive a presentation of the salon visuals and not just one look, but several that are beautifully bendable to all your needs.

The boring bit... but not for you! dell pm will organise all the architect drawings, building regulations, health and safety features etc, etc and include them in the plans and then present them to you.

Step 5

Creative decisions... together with dell pm it's the step to choose colours, finishes, lighting effects, furniture and all the exciting elements for your new look salon. dell pm can guide you through, or step back and let you make the descisions, whilst they simply complete all your requests.

Step 6

Timings, a quick but important discussion. When is launch target, how long can you afford to close the doors for? Do you choose more labour and fewer days or less labour and more days? dell pm will help you with informed decisions.

Step 7

In-line with your budgets, discussions and choices made, the costs are provided. There is an overall figure and a detailed breakdown, so items can be added or removed as required. Costs must be agreed and then payment is made in three easy stages, one upfront, two a stage payment and three on completion. This makes a great way to spread the cost.

Step 8

Shopfit... dell pm do it all... from electrics and plumbing to installation and fitting, so you know you'll be in good hands at all times. This is when, commitment wise, you can opt out and just be on the end of a phone or you can be fully involved and visit everyday, it's up to you.
